Hreflang
Hreflang is an HTML attribute (and HTTP header) that tells search engines which language and regional version of a page to serve to which audience. Used together with rel=alternate, it prevents duplicate-content issues across translated pages.
WebToSlides uses hreflang on every multi-locale tool page to declare the canonical English version and any translations that ship. The x-default value points to the English page, ensuring searchers in unsupported locales land on a sensible default.
